Our physios will tailor an exercise program for you and give you access to an app where you can watch all the exercises and keep track of your progress. Common orthopaedic surgeries that we help clients with include: Knee/shoulder reconstructions, knee/hip replacements, rotator cuff repairs and bone fractures repair.
